Software / Application Engineer
Job Description:
Transcendt Phoenix Solutions (TPS) specializes in providing custom solutions for customer in the semiconductor industry which includes SECS/GEM connectivity, monitoring and remote control of legacy equipment.
If you like problem solving & love challenging yourself in different environments, then this job is for you. We are looking for a Software/Application Engineer with the following skillsets:
Must have skills
- Proficient in C/C++/C# programming languages
- Knowledge in object-oriented programming
- Good reasoning and analytical skill
- Willing to travel and be out stationed at customer premise for buyoff and support
- Fresh graduates with proven capability are very encouraged to apply
Good to have skills
- Knowledge in Visual Basic (VB) and Model-View-Controller (MVC)
- Working knowledge in Unified Modeling Language (UML)
- Working experience in Serial Communication and TCP/IP
- Experience in multi-threaded programming
- Basic hardware troubleshooting skill
- Knowledge in Design Pattern
Responsibilities
- Requirement analysis
- Translate UML design to code
- Unit testing
- Create simulation and perform integration testing
- Installation and acceptance testing
- Provide live support
